Edit Certified Blocks and Acres in the Database

June 3, 2015

1. Login to the database. 2. Click Properties. 3. Click the name of the Property you want to edit. 4. Click Blocks and Acres. To make changes, under the Block column, click the blue pencil and text field you want to edit, update the information, and click the Submit. To delete, click the trash can icon to delete a line. To add new blocks, enter a new block by clicking +New Block, entering information into blank fields and click Submit. [Read more...]

View the SIP Certification Vineyard Database User Guide for Screen Shots. Once your inspector has reviewed your online documentation you can review the inspector’s comments and make changes to your documentation as needed. 1. Login to the database. 2. Click Certifications. 3. Under Certifications in Progress, click the name of the Vineyard you want to document the Standards for. 4. Look for the chapter(s) with an exclamation point symbol (!) to the right. These have questions requiring additional documentation. Click the chapter you want to review. Schedule SIP Vineyard inspections between June 1 and July 14. Call or email your inspector in May to select a date (Inspector contact information is available online) 1. Login to the database 2. Click Certifications 3. Under Certifications in Progress, below Appl. click the icon (to the right of to your vineyard name) 4. Under Audit, Audit Scheduled, select the agreed upon inspection date 5.
