Learn how easy it is to live an ocean-friendly lifestyle during this weekend of fun culinary experiences at the Aquarium. Celebrate National Seafood Month with us and join celebrity chefs and personalities John Ash, Alton Brown, Sam Choy, William Dissen, Nathan Lyon and Nico Romo for two days of free family-friendly programs, cooking demos and tastings, plus The Party with Alton Brown—a lively, adults-only ticketed bash featuring wine, beer and sustainable cuisine.

Activities include:

  • Sustainable Foods Celebration throughout the Aquarium on Saturday and Sunday with tastings
  • Cooking demos by Chef Sam Choy and Seafood Watch Blue Ribbon Task Force chefs John Ash, William Dissen, Nathan Lyon and Nico Romo on the Great Tide Pool deck
  • 2015 Paul Walker Ocean Leadership Award Ceremony for recipient Anjali World
  • The Prelude with Sam Choy and Anjali World, cooking demonstration and conversation
  • The Party with Alton Brown, featuring music, dancing, and sustainable food and drink
  • Kelp Forest feeding program featuring Alton Brown
