View the SIP Certification Vineyard Database User Guide for Screen Shots.
Find your vineyard inspection type by:
1. Login to the database.
2. Click Certifications
3. Under Certifications in Progress, below Appl. click the icon
4. Under Audit, Audit Type see your inspection type:
- Full – new applicant (8 – 12 hour inspection) = complete documentation and onsite inspection
- Full – renewal applicant (5 – 6 hour inspection) = complete documentation and onsite inspection
- Documentation (1 – 3 hour inspection) = renewal documentation offsite inspection (database Standards marked D)
- Doc + Onsite (2 – 4 hour inspection) = renewal documentation and onsite inspection (database Standards marked D AND D+O)
- NOTE: Qualifying Vineyards in Cycle 2 & 3 are subject to an impromptu (Doc+Onsite) inspection with 48 hours notice
