- History of the Wine Region (10-15 min)—Clay Thompson, Claiborne & Churchill Vintners – Presenting the history of SLO Wine Country and the Edna Valley AVA/Arroyo Grande AVAs.
- SLO Wine Country Terroir (10-15 min)—TBD – Present range of soil types/climate/unique attributes of SLO Wine Country vineyards.
- Sustainability (10-15 min)—Beth Vukmanic Lopez, Vineyard Team – Focus of sustainability in SLO Wine Country & Vineyard Team’s SIP Certification Program
