Call for third-party wine inspectors for SIP Certified
SIP Certified is looking for third-party inspectors to audit SIP Certified Wine Applications.
Applicants should have knowledge of the wine-making process, be organized, have clear communication skills, and want to support sustainable winegrowing.
Qualified inspectors are trained and accredited through the SIP Certified program before working directly with winery clients. Wine applications are completed throughout the year as wineries are bottling.

The SIP Certified Database
The SIP Certified Database is the hub for tracking and handling all of your certification processes and documentation. We want it to be as straightforward for you as possible -- that's why we offer Database training and YouTube tutorials for the most common things you'll be doing in there.
Due Dates and Eligibility
- August – Certification Advisory Committee (CAC) votes on eligibility
- Late August – Notification of eligibility
- September/October – After certification is finalized with the payment of fees, you will receive a certification letter, certificate, marketing materials, and property sign (new applicants)
- December 1 – Renew certification for 2023 (takes less than 5 minutes!)
