How to Add and Update Your Addresses

Need to add or update your addresses in the database?

Or, do you want to make sure your certification invoice goes to a specific email address?

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Log in to the database
  • Click on Properties
  • Click on the name of a Property
  • Click on Addresses (left)

Add an Address

  • Click the green button to +Add Another Address
  • Complete the fields
  • Check all mailing tags that apply; Add additional addresses if needed:
    • If you set an email address for a Billing address, we will send your certification invoice here.
  • Click the green button to Save

Edit an Address

  • Click the green button to Edit
  • Make your changes
  • Click the green button to Save

Remove an Address

  • Click the red button to Delete
