If your inspector needs more documentation for your Standards, they will leave notes in the database.

  1. Login to the database
  2. Click Get Started
  3. Click on your property
  4. Look for chapters with "!" and click on those chapters
  5. Click the subchapter with "!" (e.g 11.1: Worker Orientation and Human Resources Policies)
  6. Review the inspectors comments in the yellow box above the Standard and update your documentation

Schedule Your Inspection

Call or email your inspector to select a specific date between June 1 and July 15 – for all inspection types.

We are thrilled with how much SIP Certified has grown - that also means inspectors have more to review. To make sure every applicant meets the deadlines, we ask that you coordinate a specific date with your inspector.

  1. Login to the database
  2. Click Get Started
  3. Below Appl. click the icon (to the right of the property name)
  4. Under Inspection, Inspection Scheduled, select the agreed upon inspection date
  5. Under Inspection, Inspector, select the Inspector name from dropdown
  6. Click Save
  7. Your inspector can now see your Standards documentation
