What to do this March
Update your application a little each month to ease your workload during inspection season.
What to do this month:
- Chapter 1: Conservation and Enhancement of Biological Diversity
- Is it time to update your conservation plan? (Every 5 years)
- Chapter 7: Pollution & Waste
- Have you done your annual hazardous waste assessment?
SIP Tip: save cost on your inspection by clearly naming your uploads (ex: 2023_Pest Scouting_My Vineyard) and deleting old documents so your inspector can quickly find and review this year’s documents.
Inspections Open March 15th
It’s inspection season! Select your inspector and schedule your inspection between March 15th and July 15th.
Watch our tutorials to see how to find your inspection type, select your inspector, and review their feedback on your application.

Share the scholarship opportunity
Applications are open!
Vineyard Team’s Juan Nevarez Memorial Scholarship is our way of giving back to the community and contributing to a prosperous future of educated and determined professionals. This funding supports students and their families in achieving their dreams of successful graduation to pursue a professional career. The majority of awardees are first-generation college students, who have more barriers when it comes to attaining higher education.
Applications are open March 1st – 31st! We ask that you please share this opportunity with your team by posting and electronically sharing the flyer (available in English and Spanish), and sharing the paycheck inserts with your payroll facilitator so they can reach the families of your operation’s workers/employees -- who are likely eligible for this opportunity!
You can help the scholarship program flourish
To receive the gifted money from Must! Charities, we need to raise matching funds each year. In the true spirit of sustainability, we want to create a program that has long-lasting funds so that we can continue to better the lives of our industry's children for decades.
