Your inspector will leave notes if they need additional information or documents. If you've already completed your inspection, please check your application for inspector comments.

AUG: Eligibility & Invoicing
Will arrive via email to the Property's Main Contact(s).
Tutorial: Update Contact Information
SEPT: Invoice Payments are Due
Please make checks payable to Vineyard Team.
Checks made out to SIP Certified will be returned with a request to reissue to Vineyard Team.
Certificates are issued upon invoice payment.
DEC 01: Renewals are Due
In the database, click Get Started, then find the green Renew button next to your application details.
DEC 05: Year-Ends are Due
Vineyards: 9.1.2 PURs & Chapter 14
Wineries: 11.3.4 Noise Test (every 3 years)

Pest Friends is a hands-on simulation that helps farmers make smarter Integrated Pest Management (IPM) decisions by making the field a game board.
Players manage population dynamics, reacting to pest pressures, and decide when—and if—to intervene with pesticides, habitat modifications, or beneficial insect support.

At our April Fungicide Spraying Tailgate at Cal Poly, we were joined by Daisy, a Cal Poly student and recipient of the Juan Nevarez Memorial Scholarship.
Daisy volunteered at the event and shared how valuable it was to see sustainable practices in action:
“I recently declared my concentration in viticulture for my Wine and Viticulture major. I’m incredibly grateful for opportunities like this that directly support my future. This scholarship not only provides financial support, but it also gives me a real sense of community.”
