- Click the name of your application
- Click Documents (left)
- Find "Your Application Questions"
Mark Your Calendar
Mar 15 | Inspections Open
Schedule your inspection between March 15 and July 15.
Contact an inspector and add your details to the database:

- Log in
- Click Get Started
- Click the icon under Edit
- Select your inspection date
- Select your inspector (dropdown)
- Click Save
Jul 15 | Inspections are Due
All inspector corrections should be complete by this date.
Please note, applicants are subject to late fees ($250–$500) for late reports due to missing documentation.
