- Ch 14 Water & Nitrogen Use Reports
- Wineries:
- 11.3.4 Noise Test (every 3 yrs)

Regulatory Relief
SIP Certified has partnered with Preservation Inc to submit TNA and INMP reports on behalf of members in California Regional Water Quality Control Board Region 3 to fulfill reporting requirements for Ag Order 4.0.
To participate in this regulatory relief opportunity, your:
- Vineyard must be located in Region 3 (find your region)
- Vineyard must be SIP Certified
- AGL must be 100% wine grapes
- AW, AGL, and APN(s) must be added to the database (tutorial)
