Please note that checks made out to "SIP Certified" will be returned, as we cannot deposit them.

Year-Ends are Due December 5

In an effort to ease workload during the holiday season, Year-Ends are due December 5.

Here's what's due:

  • 9.1.2 Pesticide Use Reports (PURs) (July – Nov.)
  • Ch. 14 Year-End Water & Nitrogen Use Reports
    • SIP Tip: Check out our Ch. 14 tutorials to learn how to complete each section.
    • SIP Tip: The Water and Nitrogen Use Report Workbook will complete your calculations for you when you input your data.
• Wineries
  • 11.3.4 Winery Noise Testing (every 3 years)

Regulatory Relief for Ag Order 4.0

SIP Certified has partnered with Preservation Inc to save you time by reporting TNA for Regional Water Quality Control Board Region 3 Ag Order 4.0.

Your responses in Chapter 14 will be used to calculate Total Nitrogen Applied (TNA), and will be submitted to the Water Board on your behalf.

To participate:
 

• Add your AGL to your Ranch(es) in the SIP Certified database.
  • Watch this tutorial to learn how.
• Complete Chapter 14 and have responses verified by your inspector by Dec. 5.
  • Please note, to remain in this regulatory relief program, it is important that your responses are on time and accurate.

 

Download 2023 Certification Documents

Your 2023 SIP Certified certificate and certification letter will be sent out and made available for download once invoice payment is received.

Certificates, Certification Letters, Eligibility Letters, and Invoices from 2021 forward can be accessed through the database.
